I didn't recall Katie telling Bill she was seeing Carter so why is he obligated to say anything to you. Katie is about to get a taste of her medicine. Who Bill dates or spends his time with is none of Katie's business. Katie is owed zero explanations. All you have with Bill is a child and that's it. The sense of entitlement these Logan women have is insane. I don't know where they get it from. It's probably in their DNA. Hope did the same thing too. When she called off the second wedding after her and Liam got married in Italy and it wasn't legal. She told Liam to move on and go be with Steffy. He did that and when Liam and Steffy got back together she wanted to be upset and crying. Hope knew this was gonna happen. Steffy told her that to her face. Steffy was hoping that marriage wouldn't work and Liam would come back to her. Hope doesn't want to be with Liam yet at the same time she wants no one else to have him. It's the same thing with Katie. Katie doesn't want to be with Bill yet she wants no one else to have him. That's selfish. That's being selfish and unfair. So only Katie can move on and be happy.

Yes, it's Bell Jr.'s typical handwriting. He can't seem to stand the fact that there is a big Steffy fan base and has to constantly twist the story so that the Logans - especially Brooke and Hope - always look their best. Based on various comments I've read here, contradictions between past & present plotlines involving certain characters, it's probably simply a case of the writers, after so many scripts & years on the air, they just can't track of everyone & everything, resulting some contradictions or even totally different bio backgrounds. It happens & usually isn't too serious. We ought to cut them some slack in this regard. Hope's performance in today's episode was magnificent, especially in the scene with Donna & Katie. She ought to win an Emmy for that!

That's not correct. Steffy and Ridge are both co CEOs and steffy has more shares than Ridge, so her votes in board meetings will carry more weight than Ridge's votes. Also, Brooke has zero shares. She can't make any decisions for the company or make any "changes", so to speak.

Because they both share the role of CEO. That's what the "Co" part means. There is no difference between Steffy's role and responsibilities and Ridge's. Because they literally have the exact same position. However, Steffy has more voting power than Ridge because she owns more shares.
