I know about not wanting to drink too much water but I do when I’m home. Less when I travel! But I try. ! Your skin looks well hydrated and your hair is glowing. So long as you get it with your food and other drinks and catch up it’s probably okay. I’m saying this as a physician for many years😉

Some of those Pilate moves you were doing my youngest son does for his physiotherapy. He’s been at them for well over a year and at Christmas time his older brother who goes to the gym was raving over his youngest brother muscles, lol. He said he should quit his membership and join in with the physio moves, lol.
