We never actually went to the beach but believe near the hotel it was rocky but if you heard to Los Christianos there are sandy beaches there! You need to book ahead of time for the restaurants either at reception or there are screens you can use in the hotel too. Thanks for watching 💙✨

Hey! I’m not sure sorry the only time I went up to the infinity pool was doing the full tour so I never used the drink truck myself. As far as we could tell it looked to be one colour wristband for each of the different board basis but don’t think there was a difference for kids or anything. Thanks for watching 💙🤩

No sadly not at this hotel, there are a few pools but none with slides

We thought this hotel put on some of the best entertainment we had seen. A great variety of dance shows, we went on Halloween and they did an incredible show for that and yeah it seemed really varied while we were there we were impressed! 💙✨

Hi Ryan 🙂 there's not many white sandy beaches in the immediate area, I believe there's one in Los Cristianos which is meant to be lovely 👍

Hi there! Ah brilliant it is a wonderful hotel, we believe the privilege rooms are the same size as the standard ones but with the best views and then the extras such as the private privilege only terrace area with the drinks/ snacks in there. We will be releasing our standard room tour next Sunday so that may be able to give you a bit of an idea of size. Thanks for watching 💙✨

Hi Leon, honestly wouldn't say there was more or less of a particular age group to be honest. A lot of families and also couples of all ages. You'll be fine 👍

Thanks Kevin! So privileged was an option for you to choose when booking your room. If you picked a privileged room it was dearer but came with access to the terrace with the drinks such as spirits, beers and soft/ hot drinks and some snacks and separate comfy sun loungers in the middle of the pool section. If you were just solely all inclusive you get access to premium drinks like Jack daniels, Smirnoff etc but then if you chose to stay privileged all inclusive then you had access to the top tier drinks like grey goose vodka etc. bit like the more you pay the more you get kinda deal. The loyalty club you join just by signing up to H10 on their website and you start to get points as you book through them directly for your hotel stays. Hey sorry for the lateness in getting back to you. I honestly am not 100%, but can tell you that we don't remember anybody doing it. Looks like there might be a designated smoking area by one of the pools looking at TripAdvisor but again not completely sure. Sorry we couldn't be of more help!!

We must have been lucky with the sunbeds we never were struggling to find one. Maybe it’s the time of year

@@RipRideVlogIt It's a very, very old joke routed in urban mythology that German holiday makers somehow managed to reserve all the sunbeds by putting towels on them no matter how early us Brits appeared to claim one...(Also see Fawlty Towers, episode, "The Germans")

We don't remember it being too formal to be honest, wore T-shirt and smart shorts at some dinners and lunch was more relaxed still. Hope it helps :)

Yeah it’s good to see for yourself then you can make the decision for yourself I agree! Thank you I had a few vodka Fanta lemons before I did it which helped but yeah I was a bit scared especially on my own cos me and dane normally film everything together but this was when he was really I’ll so had to just do it haha Thanks guys really appreciate it! 💙✨
