What's a different with existing h4 ead. Even before iiself if you have h4 ead spouse of H1B can work.

Any idea if another lottery will happen ? If so when it will happen ? Whatever you mentioned regarding duplication is so true. When I came to know ppl r exploiting with this loophole my hope is gone. As expected mine didn't get picked in lottery. This is the 3rd time 😪

Hi Bro Prem. Hope you are doing fine. I’m holding H1B visa and my wife has H4 EAD and working with different employer. Now, My employer provides $0 paycheck bi-weekly starting March 2023 till present to me due to current contract with client has ended and still mapping to other new project is in-progress. So until I allocate the new project/ client. Can I still stay in US without 60day grace period. Can you provide some suggestions on my case. Will there be any impact h4 EAD job due to H1B gets $0 paycheck.

Hi A.P , your doing a great job . My wife is going to US next month and her company promised will initiate GC process after 6 month . . I'm planning to travel once she get her i140 approved , so that I can go and apply EAD .. Could you please comment ur view on our plan ? And how much time it l take to get i140 approval from GC process initiation . .and how soon EADs are proceesed

Though the information provided in the video is accurate, I would like to add a few FAQs for clarity FAQs : Q1: If my husband/spouse is a H1B visa holder with I-140 status approved, then as a H4 husband/spouse can I work in the US? A1: Yes, you can work in the US provided you have received your H4-EAD. Q2: If my husband/spouse is a H1B visa holder with I-140 yet to be approved then as a H4 husband/spouse can I work in the US. A2: No. You can't work unless the H1B visa holder I140 is approved and(&) the H4 EAD is received. If you feel this information helped. Give a thumbsup for easier identification.

Hi if your spouse is going to extend his /her H1b, ask your spouse to apply via premium process ($2500). And you should submit your H4 extension and EAD applications with your spouse's premium application for H1B extension. Then you will get your ead within 3-4 weeks. This is my experience. Hope that helps.

@@ArthiPrem we are still waiting for PERM.. which went for audit last September 28th.. and my hubby employer informed after his PERM approval they planning for premium process to get i140.. mean while I am in 2nd semester so is it right time to go for F1 or h4 EAD status.. still three more semesters to finish my Masters (april 2024).. and bro let you know about my university it is eligible for day one cpt.. so I am afraid about f1 rejection also..

By Loan or cash? Choose car based on your need, like new/used, miles, check carfax and if you are buying private check the car with nearby mechanic shop for scanning and eye check of core components.. If you are applying loan, then avail, otherwise it wil impact your credit.
