Here's a quick look at the Zero Point workholding options for Haas' 5-axis TRT210 tilting rotary table. These optional kits come in both Manual and Automatic versions depending on how you plan to load the interchangeable platters that support your part fixturing.

We have one and it’s awesome. I do wish the plate was a little thicker though. Or if maybe the pull-stud screwed onto the plate instead of using the bolt.

Im looking for a trunnion and its hard to find info on different models, is the TRT210 rigid enough for continuous 5 axis on steel parts?

haas and quick in the same sentence ..they can be great value machines, but fast is not one of their traits ;)

Needs air to hold?? Not so nice. Still holds 1/3rd when air cuts off? Even worse because now you can't even tell easily if it is good or not

Zero point systems use springs to clamp and air to unclamp.
