This video is part of a series of opera arias we've arranged for cello and piano with our friend, cellist Cicely Parnas. We're so excited to begin sharing this Aria Project with you all (we've been working on it since the summer!), and hope you enjoy our revamped versions that show off the cello's ability to sing like the human voice. Even though this is not an audiophile recording it sounds fantastic on my Hifi system as well as on my headphones . The dynamics are delivered as Bizet intended them to be. This piece Carmen is one of my favorites. Well done Marnei and Cicily.
