I think you should consider barn doors for the laundry area. You should look into it. It slides, rather than open and block the hallway, considering that you use that side door for entry.

I saw this on another you tube where the person sold own home and she could not get all her money from the sale because she learned that you are expected to live in the same home for life. Make sense? Are you able to choose your own location or does HH choose?

It's not a government assistance program. You have to qualify, meet income guidelines, credit score. Save... everything you have to do to purchase a house plus more. Google for your area
