As you might be able to guess, this home isn’t new construction, but instead a rehab and features a new kitchen design, all new appliances, doors & more!

“My name is Kiana and I was born and raised in Dane county. I have fourth-grade daughter named Adrianna. My daughter and I are so thankful to have been chosen to partner with Habitat of Humanity of Dane County to help us build a home. It has always been a dream of mine to own a house and give my daughter stability and a backyard to play in. What I find the most rewarding about partnering with Habitat is that I can pass this home down to my daughter.
Homeownership is important to me because my daughter and I will be in a home that is safe. I look forward to having a backyard for Adrianna to play in and to finally be able to have cookouts and family gatherings. Most importantly, I will finally be able to get my daughter a dog!
