For the handle you can do square knotts again all the way down or just braid in four instead of the braid she showed. I finished mine, really like it. Working on my second one.

Thank you so much, I've just finished making my bag. But I did it with in a nylon yarn (here we call it "cola de rata -_mouse tail-" and it looks so beautiful! I did some changes but the bag is so pretty that my friends all love it. From Jujuy- North of Argentina- I thank you again.

Why did you take length as 305cm? Why no around 250-270 for same length bag.. Lot of cord got wasted in the end

My thoughts exactly, there was a ton of excess cord cut off at the end, I hate it when that happens, such a waste. Cut cord shorter ir make 12-15 rows above and beliw the handles for a larger bag!

37x24 cm But i added 2 more. I recommend using 100% cotton thread so it stands still.
