Hello Buru-san & Buruko-san, thank you for sharing this vlog. The way you use ginger syrup in milk, we use dry ginger powder in warm milk before going to sleep. Ginger is hot spice, helps in cough & cold problem. I like your idea to put away mobile from bedroom while going to sleep. about wake up early in the winter is difficult for most of us. I want to share, what I have learnt. Before going to sleep, I keep reminding myself that tomorrow I have to wake up at 5 am.. & I repeatedly say that to my subconscious self till I fall asleep. now it becomes habit & I can wake up without alarm. I think set up our biological clock is all about practice & how consciously we are aware about natural changes happening around us, in our surroundings environment. For me this practice of waking up early become easy when I have a good night sleep. Stay healthy this winter.

Ginger powder is also good. I also have some in stock Thank you for sharing Komal-san's habits as well. I sometimes wake up earlier than the alarm when I have something to do early in the morning, but this may be a problem with my consciousness. I will try to visualize the time in detail, such as waking up at 5 o'clock and waking up at 6 o'clock ✊
