I had a gallon of milk so I made your ras gullah with half the milk, and made habshi halwa with the other half. My husband is super excited but we will eat them tomorrow after letting them set overnight. He licked the spoon and had a huge grin on his face. He can't wait till tomorrow. Allah bless you! Ameen.

Assalamualaikum.. I just wanted to ask that by pouring lemon juice and vinegar the taste of the halwa will not be sour?

I'm from Multan, Pakistan. Multani sohan halwa is very famous and it has very delicious taste, i can say that 19 20 ka frq hoga taste mn BTW it completely looks same, delectable ❤❤❤

Asalam Aleikum ruby aunty, I love your recipes and have made many successfully. So I have a question about this halwa, when I made it the taste has little bit of sourness from the lemon. I didn’t use a whole lot of lemon, just as much as you said

Wonderful recipe . My grandkids totally loved it. Now making it more quantity for them in one week. Ruby’s recipes r best, quick and extremely delicious. Taste original. 5 stars for this cooking queen . “Ruby “ my samdhan shares same name ruby and so much resemblance in cooking wonders . Totally fond of these cooking genius
