Hi I have a wireless headset with a little USB connection that I Plug in my mini pc to make it work. So it’s not connected via Bluetooth (I think) would this work too? Asking for a friend, I’m her, I’m the friend. 😂. Thank you.

My Bluetooth headset only works when literally against the pc I got like 6 inch range what would u reccomend

SMDD, We have seen this issue in the past with a multitude of devices. There can be several factors that are not giving you the desired range. If the manufacturer of your device makes a Bluetooth Dongle I would recommend that you get that AND the Blue Beacon Range Extender. I will add links below to those videos so that you can see why we recommend going that route. If your range is limited right now there is nothing on the device nor your PC that can be done by simply changing the settings or new firmware. Your issue is probably physics. Let us know what device you are using and we can offer more insight and details. @@WhatTheTeckShow hey thanks for the helpful reply man just subbed.. also I bought my prebuilt cyber power pc that comes with Bluetooth installed with a steel series Arctic 7 Bluetooth gaming headset and so far have been forced to use the headset with the wire it came with which is annoying.

Dude, i cant go 1ft away from my phone..the first year i had them i could be 25ft away..not sure what the issue is now.

@@rolandorosas Hey, im using samsung A20 with amazons letsfit earbuds. just ordered another set today Tagry x18 see if they last any longer. Like i said earlier, the letsfit buds worked great for about 6 months, could put the phone in my cargo pocket or even 25ft away with no signal lose but now i have to have the phone inches from my buds to keep a signal. cheers

@@rolandorosas Wow...guess they dont make them anymore :( I just got another amazon ear bud tangry x18 i believe they are called...they work just as bad as the other pair. Wonder if its just where i live with too many signals around.

I have a nest thermostat . I have nest sensors. 1 in ea apt of a 4 family building, the thermostat is on the 2 nd fl in the hallway. The farthest sensor is fl 4. I understand the sensors which have batteries may work on Bluetooth . Is there a way to boost the signals ?

There are Bluetooth extenders that work for TV and audio. We have not tested them on Bluetooth devices such as the nest thermostat. It is possible it will work but before you go ahead and buy them you want to make sure that the Bluetooth profile on the Bluetooth extender supports the Bluetooth profiles used by the nest thermostat to transmit data. Otherwise it may not work. The other consideration is the Bluetooth chipset inside the nest thermostat It must also support the protocols of the Bluetooth extender. If not it definitely will not work.
