I'd watched basically every bit of video of Hadestown available, none of it adequately prepared me to see it live on Broadway. On top of that when I was in NYC Reeve had returned momentarily! 10/10 will be another show I'm required to see anytime I'm in town.

He’s pretty good, but have you heard who plays Orpheus in the original cast? Not the broadway original, but the actual original. You can’t get more Orpheus than that

if im being honest i genuinely like jordan fisher as orpheus so much better, same with lola tung as eurydice. i saw them live on broadway in february as a birthday gift and it was literally amazing, one of the best birthday gifts i possibly could've gotten

I saw hadestown two days ago with Jordan fisher and he was absolutely amazing!!! This is the song that made me so much emotion. Hadestown honestly is my favorite musical and I am just so happy and grateful to be able to watch in person!!

Didn't see Fisher, but I saw Hadestown over the weekend and my God! It's probably one of the best shows to see live! Wait For Me was such a beautiful performance, this show is a definitely a 10/10:) Anyone who's curious, the cast I saw was J.Antonio Rodriguez as Orpheus and Matthew Patrick Quinn as Hades, both did absolutely amazing(Will Mann as Hermes is the best Hermes) and you all should definitely check them out if any performances are on KZfaq:>

I saw them for my birthday and it was the best performance I could have ever seen!! Even got to meet Will Mann after the show! I honestly loved it so much and I think Rodriguez has an amazing shot to make it far in broadway; he has such a stunning voice in Epic III like nothing I have ever heard before with the way those high notes just float, it’s really like listening to an angel any time his songs come on.

Went to see this as an Ani Difranco fan, not knowing anything about it or the cast and was mesmerized. Hadestown with the current cast is something really special and it’s not hyperbole to say that Jordan’s performance literally stunned the audience into total silence multiple times during the night. Go see it if you can.
