In this video, I introudced my everyday life,
making ordinary, but small happiness.
Small but definite happiness, "SDH".
Just for an hour a day, give yourself a time to concentrate.
Listening to your favorite music, or reading a book,
drinking sweet coffee, writing a journal,
or eating snacks with a cool beer.
There are so many ways to spend time for myself.
Stop what you are doing for a second,
and spend time facing yourself.
Then your family will be even more happier.
If you think about your family, the mother has to be happy first.
I hope your day will be beautiful. 💕

My mother never packed me food for school and sometimes we wouldn't even get food in school until we were almost out. It's so sweet that you pack your child food. Your child is so nice and considerate too ❤️
