Top-seeded and seventh-ranked Nazareth ground out a hard-fought 3-1 women's hockey victory over eighth-seeded Lebanon Valley Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the United Collegiate Hockey Conference playoffs. The Golden Flyers used a pair of second-period goals to secure the lead and went on to eliminate the Dutchwomen in a game played at the Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex. Nazareth improved to 25-1 overall and advanced to Saturday's semifinal round of the tournament.
