Just gonna pour my haikyuu heart out real quick- It always hurts me to see a team in haikyuu lose, more than most especially when it comes to team I really like. I actuallycry when one of my favoriteteams lose. Dont get me wrong, I love karasuno. In my top five teams, but it hurts to much to see teams lose to them because they pretty much only win for the sake of the plot. There are so many great players on all of the teams, especially all the third years, and most of them never made it to nationals. Yes I know karasuno worked really hard, probably harder than most of all the teams, but can you imagine what is was like for them losing? That would be heart breaking. Never taking your team to nationals even when you promised? Now I also want to talk about Kita, Oikawa, and Nishinoya. So, they are all important to the plot Even Kita whether you realize it or not. Oikawa. Where do I begin. Hes pretty much needed for most of Karasuno's character development. He and his team gave Karasuno a fair and very well fought fight every match. They grew from the loss they had against Blue Castle and improved. And Oikawa is the one that made it happen. Oikawa is one of the best setters in Japan and he can work with ANYONE and bring the best out of them. He can make a loser, a winner in a matter of practices. He pushed himself and his team to be the best, and gave Karasuno such a good match to grow off of. Nishinoya. The backbone to karasuno. He was always there for someone when they failed at something during a game, his upbeat energy helped his team, and he's overall really cool. He also plays a big part in Karasuno's character development. Let be honest, Karasuno wouldn't have made it as far as they did without him. So he's pretty essential to the story. Kita. Like I said, whether you realize it or not, he's important too. He leads his team well, he's a good player, looks after his teammates, and is overall just a guy you can't help but respect. He reminds people, that no matter what, someone is always watching, whether it be someone like him, or a god, someone sees our success, and our failure. Everyone on his team looks up to him and there are clear reasons why. He's always so calm in every situation he finds himself in, he's very clean and tidy, he works very hard, and he takes care of others, whats not to look up to? Kita is so remarkable and admirable, he inspires so many people.

I find it very terrifying when a *non romance* anime fandom is actually good. Like think about BNHA and Fairy Tail: *actual hell condensed in 50-300 episodes* But then there's Haikyuu !! like: *agrees on all the ships, shares cool inside jokes without screaming at people who don't get them, loves all the characters even though they aren't a part of the main ship*
