This and the amx ap 30 surprised me like hell, by far 2 of my favorite tanks now :D got a 7.5k combined game yesterday with astron

One of the better mediums at tier 8. Gun is little derpy, but its small and has some armor at further distance. Low amout of ammo. Good tank suprisingly fun to play.

Thank you Skill. I got this from a box and I was excited to get it. I loved learning how you used it. Its a pretty tank and a lot of fun to play. They really need to give it more ammo.

I got this tank couple days ago and I really enjoy it. As skill said I wouldn’t get this tank if you don’t use gold and if you have a passive sniping play style. Besides that it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites.

I got this tank s couple of months ago in that special event from a crate. I actually enjoyed this tank, and did ok with it. Though I have put it away after only 5 battles with no wins. Though I did use it quite a bit in the Halloween event too good effect. Great video Skill, maybe I'll take it out again soon.

I have it, with the best equipment, a great crew, and gold loaded it's fantastic to play in randoms and FL. Without these it's painful. I originally had good RNG on it when I first got it, then when that ended I had to shelf the tank until I saved up for bond equipment and improved aiming device. Now it's basically a daily use tank.

I really like this tank, it's great at flanking and has enough speed to respond to enemy moves. It's balanced with a weak engine, a bit derpy gun handling, and the big cupola on top.

I love this chunky little tank. It's not super powerful, but it has a fun play style. I just try to keep within a couple hundred meters to minimize the derpy gun

I have the astron rex I either do very well or kind of poor. The more I play it the better I am getting but this tank has a steep learning curve but I love it.

In the last 30 days this tank has the 6th highest WR of all tanks at T8 and 24th of all tanks t5 and above at 53.09% This is a bit better then the Bat chat and WAY better then the Progetto. It is an OP win machine if it spams gold. And it is clear there are a TON of players firing all gold in it all the time and because it is premium it does not hurt the wallet. It is a tank you buy to pad your WR and it does the job very very well.

i had this tank when it was first introduced in the gamble boxes. the first few months this tank was amazing , with the gold spamming ofc. drive and snap no problem, drive turn and turret moving snap no problem. than when a few months went by it got worse and worse. this tank now is a tank that needs a great crew, and great skill . if you dont have that its a waste of money. oh and this tank can be the spotter your team needs if the light tank is gone,. in quite a few games its better to focus on spotting than to spam gold. rush get hits in , get out, rush lob some shells, get the fuk out of dodge. than just spot

REX is great tank even for tier 8 1v1 tournaments. Most people dont realize that, but it can 1-clip almost all tier 8 tanks people atr using in 1v1.

If a tank just throws rounds at the enemy then the armor should be adequate, but if a tank is a good sniper WG makes it into a glass cannon. In the same vein if WG will not give the vehicle enough rounds then you have to depend on hitting only weaknesses in the armor. Usually there’s nothing but give and take and skill is what is needed. I don’t think the Astron Rex is an outstanding premium even in it’s own tier but has the Best chance of winning in that slot. Against 9’s and 10’s, the garage comes pretty quick.

is Hail a english word? I know it means the german Heil what mean Success, wholeness, health as a congratulation. What in 2nd world war was used very bad with the word Sieg, but it mean not a bad thing from the words. It only used bad. Now to the question again befor i drifting to much away ^^ , is it a real english word or a alternativ to heil if the person is not speaking german?

As far as US premium medium with autoloaders, im squarely on team AMBT. I think its underplayed, the armor and higher damage per round makes it a favorable matchup against the prog in my book. downside is the mobility.

I don't have the REX but I do have the AMBT. How does the AMBT compare to the REX i wonder?

Soooooo much different. I love both tanks and its the same crew shared between them, but... AMBT loads shells super slow and is derpier than the Rex. But clips 1sec faster which makes a difference. It also think it has a slightly higher alpha. Rex has better armor, it actually plays like a heavy when top tier. It also has slightly better top speed and MUCH better mobility, it's almost twitchy. The AMBT basically requires you to run a turbo, while the Rex pretty much requires a IAU. Both are pure gold spam tanks. Both though are great and underrated tanks. I acrually have near identical stats between them and both slightly outperform my Progetto in DPG.

Never played this vehicle but it is nightmare pen this tanks on turret. Seens a good fighter hull down. Perhaps I'm wrong but I saw a bunch of shots bouncing and bouncing its turret.

About the gun handling. It is better than my Grille 15 gun handling: better aimtime, less dispersion, better accuracy.

The gun certainely isn't more accurate on a technical level than grille, but dispersion while moving and aiming is very good if i remember, and the turret armor is strong asides from the cupola. Overall overpowered compared to old tanks

@@thevocatiousunspeakables709 belive me, it is. Grille 15 is a piece of shit, can't hit nothing, missing point blank shots fully aimed. Its shots never hits the center or even near the center.

@@lpanades grille has a 1.44 aim time, one of the quickest in the game. the grille also has 0.26 dispersion compared to the 0.41 of the astron rex, mate what are you talking about

@@no1washerezz you never played Grille 15. Play it and you will confirm it is inaccurate and has awfull final aimtime besides its aimtime factor.

I don't play it a ton but when I do, I tend to win. I have a very good Win Rate in it compared to other tanks. I need to play it more but it's a fun tank. The main drawbacks are the cost of running that much gold ammo, the long reload time and the derpiness of the gun. It's still a really fun tank though. It's just not dominant like the Progetto, Borat or Kpz 07 RH.

I was always like: why would i Buy this if i have Char futur 4? Never gave it a chance, got it from the last waffle Loot boxes and i was like "well lets at least play it" and it is truly a pleasure to play, i was right about some things but never thought i would like it so much. My only real complaint is ammo, 30 rounds is way too low

I did not have a good time last time I was on Lakeville. My mouse wheel stopped working at the start and I had to snipe the valley in 3rd person. I played Patriot so my gun was not even that accurate to begin with. I did land some shots but we lost in the end.
