I think you should definitely try Louise Candlish's books. She's got that blend of domestic suspense with rich people drama but her plots are really unique. And she's British!

Lockhart is such a quaint little town; I love it as well. I haven't checked out any of the book shops there though. I'll soon have to make a trip to Lockhart for that reason.
