Ok I had to come back and coment again. So i saw this video yesterday at work and after getting out of my shift went to the store to buy the materials and couldn't wait to make one. Took me some time to make but it came out beautiful. I will be making more with different colors. Thank you again for this great idea.

@@ritawashere5787 walmart.. I purchased on line.. the wire recommended for this I have the wire for those small trees oriental people have.. (umm sorry brain freeze) I wouldn't go through Amazon.

Thank you! Thank you for including concise instructions! Pain issues limit what time I can spend on any one thing at a time. Those who make it difficult by not giving good understandable instructions are frustrating when time is so limited.

Beautiful and I am loving making these. My hair has proven to be to thick and long (long enough that I sit on it) to work as shown however I made a little longer and it works to secure a ponytail into a bun.

I was looking for a hair tie to put up my hair with just one hand… I’m suffering from frozen shoulder and can’t tie my hair back with two hands. I’m making this now and will practice putting up my hair with it with one hand. I’m really hoping this will work… this is a beautiful hair accessory! Thank you for sharing! 😊

Instead of trying to put your hands above your shoulders to do your hair, bend your upper body so that your head is near your knees. Then you can do your hair as normal because you don't have to lift your arms up. It's the same with getting dressed. Bend double, keep your arm hanging down, do everything with your body kind of upside down to avoid lifting your arm above shoulder height. (Long hair + a previous bad rotator cuff injury here. 😉)

I tried the regular craft wire and it breaks right away. Then I used bonsai wire size 2mm, and until today it still in good condition.

Having frozen shoulder, ugh! For the second time! I’ve been having a really hard time with fixing my hair. I think this might help! I’ve been looking for small projects since my shoulder doesn’t permit me to work on the afghans😁 Thank you for the tut!!

Maravilloso. Aunque yo veo un pequeño problema a ese tipo de alambre, están fácil de doblar, que cuando te lo pongas varias veces termina por romperse y tendrás que desesacer todo la labor para cambiar el alambre.

Very beautiful. I believe there is a small change needed in the instructions if what I see is what I think. The beginning single crochet aren't in the back loops only. It looks like they are the back bar of the chain. Slightly different. Gorgeous work though. Thanks for sharing this.
