After childbirth, I observed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a health-centered approach. It doesn't matter is this method works or not I LOVE the fact she warns people to avoid it if they have certain issues and even list them. I feel like she's put some research into it and actually gave other perspective. It's not for everyone and if you feel bad after doing it - stop. I love how she put an emphasize on health and not just hair growth and that's quality not many people have.

I was eating healthy alllll the time and then stopped eating healthy and working out after 1 year. I had long hair, and I got to the point where I was soooo annoyed with my hair cause it t was getting knotted and tangled. I chopped it all off and it is to my shoulders now. Still takes forever to grow and is constantly falling out when I brush it or in the shower. I started eating healthy again yesterday! 80dayobsession meal plan!! So worth it! Can’t wait to see the results next month!

Massaging your scalp really helps your hair to get stronger and longer ! Also a tip for you other ladies out their don't bend your head over when drying hyour hair and you can blow dry It just do it on low heat setting and hold @ least 6 inch away and use a comb ! Never brush wet hair it breaks it off !!!

I (15 year old girl) have really thin hair and recently it’s been falling out at an alarming rate and I’m very insecure about it since I’ve been made fun of at school for it. I’m going to try this along with not washing my hair everyday and I’ll be back in a couple of months with the results.

My hair were medium sized and about 4days ago i went to a salon and the person there cut my hair really short till my shoulders. I really want my hair to grow back quickly. I couldnt even wait for a day after the cut. The next day of cutting my hair, I instantly used castor oil. I just found this method and i'll use it everyday. I'll obviously update you the results.

If you don't have castor oil so, you can also use ginger oil and mix it in coconut oil. Coconut oil will make your hairs thick, shiny, and ginger oil will grow your hairs. So, massage with oil at night(before washing your hairs at night) then, next day wash your hairs properly.

This shit really works. I cut my hair twice last year and the first time I cut it I didn't use the inversion method however the second time now it grew faster than the first time (I have thick hair and therefore it grows more than normal hair but the inversion method helps I promise)

Make a hair tonic by blending ginger (3 to 4 pieces) and 4-5 table spoons of rose water, 3-4 drops of castor oil and 3-4 drops of peppermint oil and add to a dripper bottle (mine is 50ml, the more juice you make the longer it'll last for) and store the bottle in the fridge. Shake the bottle well and use the tonic to coat your scalp, 3-4 times a week before bed time and massage using the inverted method. The more often you massage the scalp the faster the results, try to do it am and pm.

I know this works because I cut my hair like every 8 months and regret it instantly. I don’t do it for a week straight but I do it maybe once every two weeks and when I do it I do notice my hair being slightly longer. Might try it for a week straight
