Sorry it wasn’t clear to everyone, but mix Equal parts of ACV with water. How much you use depends on your hair length. Example mix one cup of ACV and one cup of water. Shake to mix! Apply the mixture AFTER you shampoo your hair. Massage into scalp and apply to hair as well. Leave the mixture in hair for 5 minutes then WASH IT OUT!! PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IN YOUR HAIR. After you wash in out, follow with your conditioner and styling products.

@Samiyah Hodges it’s acidic, it only cleanses your scalp to boost hair growth....after you rinse it out then apply your conditioner and twist or braid your hair.

I use apple cider and filtered water daily I don’t rinse out until end of the week - and I’m the the only male in my family not bald - I put apple cider ginger and water in spray bottle and I spray before I leave home in the morning and I keep spray bottle in the refrigerator. And I spray again the next day and especially after I do some type of workout keep the hair clean and keeps nasty stuff at bay.

Listen to this lady. 1:1 and rinse it out. Don’t leave it in your hair all day. It doesn’t matter that your the only unbald guy in your family. The effects of leaving ACV in your hair all day can loosen the strands of your hair and weaken it when what you want it to do is the complete opposite.

It actually works! my scalp is refreshed and my hair is shinning. Well tbh I used a Cantu product that contains APV and it works. Not only does it clean my scalp it makes my head feel relaxed and I think thats the key to hair growth.

So glad I came across this video. I am experiencing sever thinning from my crown to the front of my hairline and I have tried forhims, vegan shampoo/conditioner and nothing worked. I’m currently using Spanish almond oil which has gotten great reviews and I’m starting to see some growing however using products that I already have in my kitchen is great! I’m definitely going to try this once a week! Thank you so much!

Funny you came up in my feed, because I just did this today. I did it slightly differently. I got in shower, wet my hair, poured a 1 to 3 solution into my scalp, particularly the front. I have a thinning spot that I think is from product buildup. I’ll be doing this once a week. Followed by shampoo/conditioner from the salon I go to. It was so shiny after!!!! Now to see if that spot regrows!!

I don't use shampoo period i just dilute acv in a spray bottle with water and scrub my scalp 2 times and then use conditioner and my hair hasn't been better.

Thank you for a great video. My hair is growing back after prolonged alopecia my hair is high porosity and very very dry absorbing moisture extremely fast hence I find it useful to use heavier products daily and spray my hair lightly at least 3 times a day using water and oil with rosemary. Is it safe to wash my hair weekly as I have to use lots of products due to build up or can I rinse with water each day in shower before applying moisturiser? Can I use ACV as a rinse regularly without shampoo and follow daily with deep conditioning? So much conflicting information but really like the simplicity of your video.

Hii acv helps in treating skin ph level. So if your skin is good automatically your hair will grow. I apply it at night and wash in morning. It makes my hair look thick and it helps in treating my skin of scalp nd face as well. I have one question. Are you using rose marry oil ? Please share your experience. Any side effects you suffered using it ?? Benefits

Looks like a 1985 version of the Jerry Curl/Carefree Curl. What's old is new again. What's good for one person's hair is not always good for yours. Be careful, certain things will cause your hair to fall right on out.
