Ma'am appreciate your efforts, just as said, you don't give a chance to yourself to become careless. After applying this mask, do we have to wash our hair with shampoo or just plain water. I once tried applying dahi, but my hair became very sticky.

Hi Shakila ji. I have a few queries, hope you will respond.1) For how much time do you keep this pack on your hair? (2) Do you remove this pack with just plain water or do you Shampoo it? (3) When do you oil your hair ? I once tried Fenugreek seeds and curd pack and after that it became a real problematic for me to get rid of this pack as it got stuck on my hair and I had to struggle very hard to get rid of it. Did you ever face this type of problem? (4) After how many days/ time did you see positive result of this hair treatment ? Hope you will answer all my queries.

When I was a school going child my mother used to apply same paste every Sunday on my di and my hairs... It benefited my hairs a lot. I had knee length hair so thick and strong. College m aane k baad sab chod diya and ab thyroid k karan baal bahut kharab ho gye hai. I think I need to restart using bcs it's never too late for self care.
