If your iron is on the right temperature for your hair it’s not gonna burn. I curl my hair 3 times a week and my hair is fine. Everyone says it looks healthy and shiny.

You can use giant hair rollers horizontally down the center of your head, make sure they are COMPLETELY DRY, and use a bit of hairspray before you let them completely down.

A hairdresser can thin it out with shears and no it wont permanently make your hair thin. Your scalp grows your hair.
