Started lifting by day 6 and then started squatting 300LB again by day 12. No irritation or discomfort, if anything I feel better after my workout.

Iam on day 13 and my hair looks strong and healty no marks or what so ever, so much bullshit to wait 4 weeks lol, even after 3 days ur implants are secure and would take special equipment to remove them

I waited 6 weeks before even going into a pool , 7 weeks before bike riding. Thinking about 8 weeks before actually swimmming laps. I am in the US.

How come some doctors say that you have to wait 3 months for easy exercise and 1 year for Heavy lifting? . Makes no sense at all

That seems a bit excessive. The usual recommendation is to wait around 4 weeks with easy exercises, and about 6 weeks with heavy lifting.

Look up other doctors. Literally watched and read about 10 different things 😂 some say 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 1 month. It’s hilarious on how they can’t agree on one specific time 😂. Id say you’ll be good on day 7-10 to resume heavy work and be out in the sun and wear normal hats/hard hats.

Medicine works like this, if something may cause damage let's avoid it, there are no clinical studies for this kind of thing and the reason is simple dude, would you do it? I give u a 5k-dollar procedure and then I tell you to work out in order to see if this may harm the results... who in his rightful mind would do it?@@ricoa8926 Science is not magic it works using brains, thus lacking experience the safer the better. Of course, occidental medicine is not holistic meaning that not working out may harm you in other ways like gaining weight and losing muscles but that's life ...

Done my research with various drs and hair transplant clinics and I’ve also had mine done. After a week you an go back to light and after 10-12 days the scabs have healed. Obviously you have to still be cautious of your head rubbing to not iritate it

No, it is not necessary to avoid contact sports for life. But a few weeks are needed after the hair transplant to ensure that the scalp is fully healed.
