I LIKE TO SAUTÉ MY HOTDOGS, THEN MY ONIONS & BELL PEPPERS. I PUT MY EPIS IN MY EGGS AS WELL AS ONION & GARLIC POWDER & A PINCH OF SALT. MY MAN LOVES IT LOL 😆 P.S. YOU USED TOO MUCH OIL IMO BUT HEY, IF THAT’S WHAT YOU LIKE, BY ALL MEANS DO YOU 😁

It won't fry if there isn't enough oil. if you let it sit in the pan, the excess oil drains out pretty quick
