The only way I think a player like he might learn is to show him how a actually Supreme/Global plays the same position and go thru there thought process

Everytime I hear someone claim they shouldn't be silver, I always doubt. When I stopped playing CS I was only LEM, and I did a bunch of from silver to... Accounts. I always ranked up from silver to MGE in a few months. I'm not even good, I've never been global!!!

Honestly, these vids are good for both seasoned players, and new players. Also for entertainment. But I love using these to compare myself to what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve. I make some of these mistakes or don't use some of these things you point out and it's honestly a great way to learn.

this is how i feel every game ever since it went f2p. i have 4k hours, just started playing again and got placed gold but even in gold 3-4 mg1 you still get people who have never played a game in their life. idk why i get paired with ppl with BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS whove never touched a keyboard in their life

I learn a lot from these videos. Especially when you not only say what they did wrong, but also say what they could have done better, which you usually do. I'm a total silver, but I'm definitely learning. I was gold 3 while playing in a team. But I clearly only understood what to do in that role. Playing with randos is v difficult for me. This video touched on a whole bunch of things I know I get wrong. And I can easily incorporate into my practice.

Maybe put the hardstuck on a MG account then a Supreme or Global account to see the difference, we can see if he can at least play good on a MG account or if his level is LE or LEM.

His crosshair placement is definitely better than silvers. But his aim adjustment is somewhere between Silver elite master and gn4. I wouldn't even rate him MG. Or maybe a freshly ranked MG. Nothing beyond that. But even his global opponents aren't that good either.

I went from Silver 1 to Gold 4 in about 2 weeks without deranking once after a year break. I top frag like 70 - 80% of the games and haven't really lost much as the other team has been pretty bad so far. I think I could maybe play in the rank DMG as I used to be a DMG as of last year but my skill has definitely gone down since then. I don't know why all these silvers and stuff are expecting to play in Supreme and all of these high ranks, it's confusing. Just because you do well in silver doesn't mean you'll do well in the top rank in the game, just my opinion Ig.

Some hard stuck people do exist. I was stuck in sliver for 7 years and 6000 hours (not proud of that). Then, Gabe fixed the NA ranks, I immediately ranked up to dmg.

I think that the biggest issue with the "hardstuck" Guys is that they dont know there mistakes

my biggest issue playing in silver is that the team, for whatever reason, always does the opposite of what you should do. If I'm playing T side 3v3 or even 3v2 situations we will plant the bomb then for whatever reason the rest of the team goes and tries to hunt down the enemy and they always die. It's now 1v3 and I'm the last guy to hold down the site. it's like, we already made the touchdown we just have to hold it for 40 seconds but then they run across the map. Then on CT side it happens where instead of falling back and holding down the site from the Ts, they run up long to get up close and personal and lose the site right away.

It's just like League of Legends in my opinion. Usually it's easy to see people complaining about they don't belongs to current elo and they got tons of kills etc. However, they don't play safe when winning, instead of pushing turrets and getting enemy jungle camps they went to find people and clutch. If you win the clutch then it's cool but if you lose, it's basically just throwing the game. It all happened for a reason. Communicate with teammates, don't risk some stupid peek and clutch, play safe and positive thinking will definitely help out in every field.❤

This. I only play solo and my rank is around GN4-MG2, also because i dont play that often. Always been on hiatus cus i played lots of other games. But CS isn't always about getting that huge kills, i usually analyse the team whether who have the best aim as a rifler, an awper or who is the initiator (high likely to get killed first). After i learn their roles then i tried to filled myself into whoever the team needs, eventhough i dont have lots of kills than the other teammates but my score isn't bottom frag due to = assist, utility assist, trade kills, objectives & not dying. I do whatever it takes to win the game.

You really feel the impact of utility when you solo queue at night, where you get thrown into games with much higher ranked people, where you just simply can't out-aim them.

I have been playing CS:GO for around 10 months now. I don’t know what is my rank. How and where do i check it. I don’t see silver or gold written anywhere. And one more thing how do i use in game mic? I can hear my teammates but even after pressing/holding mic button my sound doesn’t do through.

I was Global Elite with over 5k hours, but since I started my new job, I haven't played for almost a year. So I decided to play again. I went to my brother's account (he doesn't play anymore). Started at Gold Nova 1. And even without practice, I could easily rank up to Legendary Eagle Master, playing solo. I can confirm Gold matches are harder to play solo. It's just too frustrating with a lot of trolls/toxic, and disconnected teammates. But a decent player shouldn't have any trouble to get out of it.

I mean I play CS since the the first beta, so I play CS probably longer than he lives😀 I get that even top players can have a bad game, so usually my approach is to judge it a bad game, bad state of mind. So I focus on the automated habits someone has to determine skill/rank... For me the point I was like (Well that's prime Silver) was at 7:36 1. no moly, nade to banana 2. he turned his back towards banana and put a flash in his hand It's a common issue I see a lot of times and I abuse it quite often. When I rush banana with mac-10 and I scare them of (after an encounter) to the state that they try to retreat I instantly push... Usually you can get the retreating party, because when he/they retreat you already won the first psychological fight and it usually takes a couple of seconds for them to recompose (for lower ranks it takes up to the time for them to reposition into a position they are familiar with). In that time you have the advantage... but usually the people look my way to at least be able to do something, becaue I am not the only one abusing psychology in this game :D Obviously the timing needs to be good on that one, but since the enemy T was at car, he could have done this. Imagine how surprised I would be If I rush out immediately and see someone turned his back to me and flash in hand ;)

I do really enjoy this series, I by no means consider myself hard stuck, I just need to practice way more. But the most common thing I see with this series is every "hard-stuck" silver thinks they're better solely based off of kills. Kills mean very little if they dont come with an MVP. If you're getting 40+ kills but less than 2 MVPs then your kills mean absolutely nothing to the rounds

This is why I feel like there’s a difference between hardstuck and elo hell. I was in elo hell in cs I just had to make a new account and then I got up to where I felt I should be pretty easily. People who are hardstuck are there for a reason

Everyone who is hard stuck or believes they are hard stuck needs to play with teammates that is the one thing everyone forgets. I remember watching the csgo streams in 2014-2015 the amount of times the same pros played together or vs each other on faceit cause they were all in that high tier category and people knew how to play with each other. Being able to play with someone consistently will help so much more than most things. Most of the higher tier players play with groups and while someone might have a shit game now and again you can expect a certain level of skill from those teammates every time unlike solo queue randomness. That said silvers do be coping hard ALOT of the time.

I play casual most of the times. My best I have hardly played any competitive ones. The thing is, I become "extra cautious" when I get into competitive because, there's no free armour, you can't keep buying like a fiend, your utility can hurt your friends, you can't phase through your teammates and so on. This "extra cautiousness" causes me to not be able to deliver my 100%. And I end up losing.
