It makes no sense... its like any other website that claims we dont have the warez we are just a directory to where the warez are. Needs more cowbell.

So instead of getting in legal trouble over the (illegal) data you are now getting in legal trouble for distributing malware(well a botnet would fall under the same ruling). Seems rather useless to me.

Data loss? what about systems that are up 24/7 with 6 digits of 9 uptime (only down in severe emergencies, like killer shark hurricanes or 9/11) Utilities like electric...... traffic lights.... emergency life support in hospitals.... ............-_- they even uses tel...(heheh)........ telnet sumtimes
