Hakim Ziyech (حكيم زيياش) is a 26 year old Moroccan/Dutch footballer who plays for AFC Ajax, set to join Chelsea FC in July 2020. It says something about the poor scouting system of big clubs in europe. If you had the ability to see Him last year in the CL and no big club had realy made a good offer last summer, well.... But there where also doubt within ajax in 2016 to buy him from FC twente, while i was one of many fans that realy saw him as the key at ajax. The fans pushed the club to get hakim, but after that even manager peter bosz (now Leverkussen) dare him to putt him on the bench the first couple of games, but after a couple of games he finaly opened his eyes. He is the key to every team who have great potential players but lack a teammate with creativity, chelsea is one of those clubs. They have imo one of the best upcomming team in europe, so chelsea did veeeeeery wel to bring him in. I would advise players to stay at chelsea, the team with ziyech is going to be a serious contender for alot of prices. Not only because of his unique playstyle but hakim is also a good person and loved by everyone in the squad with his fresh motivation and the love for the game. I wish chelsea and hakim alot of succes next season, we ajax fans keep an eye on him and the team. Take good care of our boy:-)

People really are sleeping on this guy. He was bought by Ajax after they panicked after a 4-1 throuncing against Rostov in the preliminaries of the CL. He transformed them over night. Made them one the top teams in Europe. They reached the EL final that same year and after that semi-finals of the CL. All the while collecting 3 POTY awards in that same period. First player in their history to do so. Not even Cruyff, v. Basten, Ibrahimovic, Suarez, Snijder, vd Vaart or Erikssen where able to that with the club. This guy is a legend and deserves real recognition.

Greating from Ajax, Ziyech was more important to Ajax than de Jong and de Light, you guy's better take good care of our Hakim, he will do amazing stuf for you guy's, we let him leave for 40 mil, because he did a great job, great player, de fans love him and he deserved a transfer for what he has done at the club.

Lol, landed in your lap after Hakim was born, raised and nurtured his whole life in the Netherlands. He's not from Morocco, his parents or parent might be. Ziyech was born in Dronten, Netherlands.

His father was Dutch I think. So only 1 parent was from Morocco. Hakim himself was born, raised, and entirely nurtured as a footballer in the Netherlands. The Netherlands might have produced more quality players from its small Dutch Moroccan community the past 1 or 2 decades than what Morocco produced from its 30 million + population. Ziyech, Amrabat brothers, Mazraoui, Idrissi, El Ahmadi, Ihattaren, Maher, Ghazi, Tannane, Labyat, Assaidi, Boussoufa, El Hamdaoui, Afellay ... and more. I think almost every squadplayer. It will never be the same without him, he is a good guy that has absolute nothing with money, but just want to play for a great club, thats why he stayed so long at ajax, the team where friends. He invited the kid who ran on the pitch in the cl to ajax, and its not for the likes on social media, its the way hakim is, he is aproachable. Talking about him makes me even emotional thinking he will leave us only plays a couple of games for ajax. I hope you will suport ajax in europe, and see it was a long magical road staryed from 2016

Noo definitely top 3 I’m a united fan and I really wanted him for a couple years, him or Sancho but he’s definitely a better player then Sancho. He’ll create more chances then everyone next season. Wedge Bruno fernandes did it in a worse league, debruyne did it at Wolfsburg the quality of the player is telling he will do well unless he struggles with the physicality like mkhitaryan but even then he would’ve done a lot better in a better team and ziyech is better then him

As a Dutchman and life long Ajax fan, i wish Hakim a lot of success with Chelsea, However i hope Chelsea use him on the right place and more important with the right players around him . A good sample is Frenkie De Jong at Barcelona , he is not used on the right spot to see the full potential of Frenkie and that can happen with Ziyech as well . It is good to see his skills now on this channel , but never forget he played at Ajax in a well oiled playing style and it might be different at Chelsea where they have to put a team together with a few new players

Brandon Hubah , maybe not, but the nature of Ziyech’s game is that he takes many risks in his passing. This risky way of playing took some getting used to for us Ajax fans when he first arrived here. Moreover, the pace and power of the Premier League is something every player needs time adapting to. I’m not saying he won’t be great from the get go, I’m just hoping you guys won’t write him off if he’s not as great as you expected him to be straight away. 😌

@@TheDaanvz I def won't be writing him off. I think there a few better players we could have signed (esp considering price), or maybe no better player. I like that his passing is adventurous, especially around the penalty box. I think our forwards will like this, once they get accustomed. I think if i'm Tammy Abraham right now, and i watch this video, I'm excited to play with this guy. If I ever visit Netherlands, I am definitely going to watch Ajax at home. Seems like a fantastic place for football enthusiast.

Right we got to the semi finals in the champions league, already had to let De Ligt and De Jong go and you think Arsenal could have gotten Ziyech for 26 million? His price was 40-50 million in the summer as well. We don't need to sell our players, there is simply not a chance Overmars would have let Ziyech go for 26.

He creates so many chances. He could easily have had doubled the number of his assists if he played with good finishers. I am not sure Tammy Abraham is that good of a finisher. We'll see. As a Liverpool fan I wish if he signed for us, seeing him playing behind our front three would have been epic. In all cases, I am happy we get to see him in the PL next summer. He is a great quality player and a joy to watch.

His highlights, calmness on the ball and accuracy of passing is better then some players going for $60M+ (Ziyech for $40 mill)....great deal for Chelsea. Bright future with two players in their Prime Ziyech/Werner added with a bunch of players all under 23 years old in Abraham (22)/Mount (21)/Pulisic (21)/James (20)/H-Odoi (19)/Gilmour (19). The talent and potential is scary and you have to love the moves Lampard has been making.

Chelsea disappointed me, they should have gotten a very strong DM to free these guys to attack up front, if they have to be doing a lot of defending and they don't get a lot of the ball to attack up front, I won't like it, and we won't get to enjoy this kind of things at Chelsea. Winning football matches will therefore be difficult for us.
