🍷This is my first time trying to use fire to make wine~

This is Mother Wine from Hakka, also called Yellow Wine
Which is one of the oldest wines in the world!
It has a history of more than 3,000 years

It is burned with straw and rice husk🌾

Kalo di Indonesia beras ketan seperti itu dibuat tape,setelah dikukus dan diberi ragi terus dibungkus pakai daun jambu air,setelah 3hari tapenya Mateng rasanya manis dan berair,,,enak 😋

小玄鳳感覺要檢查一下有沒有羽蝨如果沒有可以準備一些市售的蛋黃粉加在飼料內讓他補充營養雖然玄鳳一年四季都在掉毛但看他羽毛長得不太好😢

We in indonesia call this tape ketan (sticky rice fermentation) my mother often makes it, she uses black sticky rice but if it isn't available she only uses white sticky rice .
