About this video -
Today I have shared the recipe of Instant Khatta Dhokla or Sweet Corn Dhokla. Dhokla is the traditional gujarati snacks and it makes with Soaked Dal & Rice. but today we make it in instant way with using the semolina, rice flour and gram flour. We can serve it as a breakfast, evening snacks or dinner. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
Serving - 3-4 Person (૩-૪ વ્યક્તિને નાસ્તામાં સર્વ કરવા માટે)
1 Cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina (સોજી/રવો)
1 tbsp Rice Flour (ચોખાનો લોટ)
2 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour (ચણાનો લોટ)
1/2 Cup Sour Curd (ખાટું દહીં)
As required Water (પાણી)
1 Cup Fresh Sweet Corn (ફ્રેશ મકાઈનાં દાણા)
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves (સમારેલી કોથમીર)
2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાંની પેસ્ટ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
As required Oil (પાણી)
2 tbsp Eno Fruit Salt (ઈનો ફ્રુટ સોલ્ટ)
As required Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
Serve it hot with Green Chutney & Groundnut Oil (ગરમાગરમ મકાઈનાં ખાટા ઢોકળાને ગ્રીન ચટણી અને સીંગતેલ સાથે સર્વ કરી શકાય છે)
