The way that pleases Allah is one where both the man and the woman stay away from what leads to zina ( premarital sex ), including a family member from one family, or multiple family members from both sides to lower the chances of following the steps of shaytan( the devil ), and being capable of following through to marriage when both parties know each other beyond the public face of people ( shown through uni, school, work, around friends ). In Bengali culture, parents treat their children like babies, even when they're in their late 20's or even early 30's. They don't teach them to be independent responsible adult. My Guess is that the parents want to keep their children for as long as possible for money.

This is probably true. This is a coincidence but back in secondary school I used to go to quran classes every weekend. The day I finished reading the quran and did a ameen for it the next day after a girl I liked started showing signs she liked me. I sadly started getting emotionally attached to her where I'd sometimes go out of my way to see her in school or college. It's been 4 years now after I haven't seen her as we went our separate ways after we finished college. I heard just before lockdown that she might be married and has a child. Coincidentally again I heard this a month after I started my routine 5 times prayer alhumdulila. Shaitan does things which can make us think it's Allahs doing 😑. Sometimes I try to think though that Allah might be helping me also. I would not wish anyone ever to go through heartbreak, that is how bad it is. I feel happy for her but also upset and angry from heartbreak. Just do dua that I move on from her and be happy with my life and that I meet a girl the halal way who I'd really love 100x more than the current girl ameen 🙏
