Halbai recipe | Godhi manni.
This dish can be prepared with rice, millet or wheat, so it is very healthy. It can be used only for 1 or 2 days. This is prepared during Poojas, festivals etc as oblation to god.
Ingredients
Soaked wheat 2cups
Coconut 1
Jaggery 250gm
Salt pinch
Water

Теперь я знаю как из кокосового ореха получить кокосовое молоко! Гаджеты классные! Я бы тоже хотела такой измельчитель и жернова. Можно измельчать,не боясь перегрева аппарата! Здорово! А потраченные силы на готовку- так ведь многим требуется похудеть! А при готовке пищи и лакомств таким способом как раз и потратишь лишние калории. И да, я приготовила халву из замоченной пшеницы.
