Some people say that Death Metal or Metalcore singers have powerful voices. There are just all bark and no bite. When she sings, I can really feel the energy and power coming out of it. Amazing. Best female vocalist there is.

This is a really interesting way of doing this song. Normally when big rock songs go acoustic it results in a really stripped down, softened version. I can't remember the last time I saw an acoustic version that still hit this hard. Very cool.

Since the advent of XM radio I have not listened to "new" music, sticking to the classic metal/rock channels. But thanks to KZfaq, I have discovered Halestorm and I am blown away. It started with their cover of Heart's "All I wanna do..." and went from there. GREAT BAND and Lzzy is amazing.
