I love NEMOPHILA's original music as much as anyone else, but I'm glad they're still doing covers. This one, of course, like all the other covers they've done, absolutely rules!

I got my first radio in 1971 at 5 years old. Been rocking ever since. This band brings back the excitement of that i used to get from the greats. There hasn't been alot to get excited about for the last 25 years. Nemophila definitely brings the excitement to me.

Yes Nemophila is great but if you want to reminisce on that era then try listening to the songs from the Japanese band that was formed in 2016 called "Lovebites" they are very heavy.

@Zero Lovebites are good. But, they have a Cookie Cutter sound. Most of their songs sound the same. There's plenty of killer J-Rock bands. Show Ya, Luna Sea, Ningen Isu, Mary's Blood. Then there's the Kings of J-Rock X-Japan. The Japanese band all others are measured against.

@@billyt9987 LOL, I don't think you've heard many Lovebites songs if you think most of them sound the same. They play thrash metal, power metal, progressive metal, symphonic metal, NWOBHM influenced metal, rock 'n roll, and ballads. They have a very diverse repertoire.

For me, Mayu's voice is this wonderful mix of Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, plus her own style. Its such a unique and beautiful combination.

I really like it when they relax by covering their favorite songs and just having fun. More groups should do the same. Plus I find new songs and bands to listen to that I haven't heard before.... 👍🤘

This is fantastic! Was waiting to see if we would hear a Mayu scream and we got it! This had to be recorded very recently due to the Knotfest 2023 shirt Haraguchi-san is wearing. So glad to continue to see the covers that made Nemophila famous. What a great song to hear by the band. Love the content. Hope to catch you next time you are in the US!
