I am so so so proud of y'all for sharing your faith in your music. You don't even understand how much of a blessing it has been to me to have music I can share with my secular friends and encourage them but also share the message of Christ and build myself up in that particular lense.

I really love how now, not yet is just an album of these boys just being good friends helping you out and patting you on the back but put to music.

I'm about to say something controversial: I think these guys are better than Twenty One Pilots. They've ascended to the point where they are their own thing, and they write some really deep and meaningful lyrics. Also... THIS DUDE CAN SING! I mean seriously.

11:24 anyone else feels like josh's intention (as he mentions) is to somehow talk about Jesus but he kinda doesn't want to say it out loud? I mean, the whole band somehow has something pointing towards Jesus and biblical concepts but in creature he directly talks about being creation and Jesus being on the throne.

I found Half Alive when they had only released Still Feel, Arrow, and the EP 3. I had loved every song they had released prior and was super excited for them to release a full LP. When “Now, Not Yet” finally release I listen to it, and was initially pretty disappointed by it. I but it on the back burner after two or three listens, and only though about these guys when they would come up on a shuffle. Fast forward to now (two and a half years later), I am in a pretty rough patch of my life trying to figure out who I am (mid twenties are a bitch). I stumbled across this album again, give it another listen and I am instantly hooked. I feel like this album has just spoken to me and has really helped me process how I have been feeling as of late. Such an amazing set of tracks and I am so glad I rediscovered and gave it the second chance it deserved!
