Beautiful!!! I am just now delving into half butterfly! I do have a question, when inserting the half butterfly, is it better to have the foot on the ground or on your other leg as Danaher is doing in this video?

Your butterfly hook should be stuck your partners thigh, not on the ground. it needs to create tension in order to lift

You can also use your shin to sweep. Depends on the angle. Get a good feel. In general, you do want your foot to be a "sticky hook."
