even for seasoned coaches. The techniques and ability to keep players legs in peak condition is fantastic with these drills.

2:15 defensive slide - ball roll 4:50 defensive slide 1-on-1 - guard jogger's knees 7:00 defensive slide 1-on-1 - block the crossover 10:30 lateral defensive footwork 15:50 off-ball defense - approach & retreat 20:10 defensive slide angles & transition 24:00 ditto 1-on-1 (no ball) 28:55 ditto (w/ ball) 49:00 swing drill (4 on 4) 54:00 pass & cut ("cut the cutter") (4 on 4)
