Partial Circumcision vs Total Circumcision. Partial Circumcision means that half the foreskin is preserved. Full Circumcision means total foreskin is removed.
Partial Circumcision is also called Hindu Style. Full Circumcision is islamic style.

Sir to reduce sensitivity, one can always keeps the glans exposed also.. if the foreskins sits behind the gland with ease.. With full circumcision one may lose the pleasure of foreskin

@@Cj98999 There is no relation between foreskin and pleasure !!! Infact when a penis gland is covered with foreskin, the glands are more sensitive which will result in premature ejaculation !!

Thank you so much for your detailed but simple to understand video. I am in Australia and the surgeons here only know 3 ways to perform full circumcision. They have never heard of this operation or anything like partial, only full circumcision. I wish there was a Doctor here like you. You seem like a credit to your profession. Here in Australia the answer to a headache is skull amputation.

You must be in a backward part of Australia. I know of one person who has had a partial circumcision here in Australia and quite a few who have had a dorsal slit. A full circumcision was not even suggested to them

WHO recommends full circumcision because while doing pee etc.. if you do not clean the area properly then the particles of toilet can create infection and bad smell.. and in this circumstances if you had a sex with infection then there are high chances for cervical cancer in women... And in circumcision due to absence of foreskin it takes time to get pleasure due to which it increases sex time in male.... In developed countries like America more than half of the population is circumcised...

Circumcision is clearly sexual mutilation since it amputates what's necessary to experience pleasurable, delicate sex (i.e. the moist inner lining of the vaginal wall), the prepuce is given to us by nature to make sex pleasurable and trigger orgasms for the survival of our species in hostile conditions, here's why cutting it off is a bad idea. Here are some drawbacks doctors WON'T tell you about circumcision: 1. Partial or complete loss of sensitivity of the glans penis: I'm talking about the fine touch sensitivity of the inner prepucial tissue, that is lost forever, based on how much tissue is remove from your penis. Leaving a keratinized glans. 2. Painful Sex, Masturbation, Erections: The glans is not covered by anything after a circumcision. Which could lead to some "problems" for you sexually, the glans dries out and starts to keratinize. 3. Anorgasmia: You orgasm too early, too late or not at all even after sufficient stimulation during sex/masturbation. And just barely enough semen is ejected for pregnancy. 3. Decrease in orgasmic intensity: The highly innervated ridged band between the opening of foreskin and glans is permanently removed, cutting off your orgasmic volume as well. The frenulum (if kept) is damaged. 4. Decreased Libido: Ability to have multiple rolling orgasms is lost forever, you can have just ONE orgasm during sex/masturbation and no more, your penis becomes sore after that and it hurts to keep going. The glans is meant to be an internal organ covered with the prepuce keeping it moist over your life and does NOT need cleaning, contrary to what doctors may tell you. 5. Removal of the most sexually sensitive tissue of the male genitalia: The prepuce is the primary sexually responsive tissue of the penis, protecting the glans from everything else especially during erections and triggering intense orgasms, circumcised guys are "sexually challenged". 6. Circumcision is a money making scheme for doctors: The amputated tissue is sold to factories and pharmaceutical companies for research and making skin creams and doctors make thousands of dollars. Also for skin grafting tissue for burn victims, THAT'S YOUR OWN FLESH THEY WILL BE USING. Foreskin restoration IS possible but it just gives you a layer of tissue around your glans and has the same quality as the remaining prepuce kept below. The actual tissue is lost forever. If you are intact, NEVER GET A CIRCUMCISION. If you're already cut, PLEASE RESTORE YOUR FORESKIN. Yes, foreskin restoration is possible by tugging and holding the tissue above over the glans, eventually you get a tissue closely like the one you used to have before getting cut.

What for those having excessive foreskin over the glan and not able to retract in flaccid also but he can see glan only but can't retract over the glan and he is in grower category and in flaccid it becomes balloon while urinating and nerves also always out of the glan(over the glan) and became very hard stuff and blocked the glan fully with those excessive foreskin in flaccid without any blood flow in that excessive foreskin, and also after urination or masterbation those liquid still remains stuck in the glan with those foreskin.what is the solution for them ??

Ballooning is very rare, urine passes normally through prepucial opening. These are the worst reasons for cutting off foreskin. All of my family and relatives have foreskin all their lives and never have we faced or heard of any such issues. Don't listen to idiotic medical practitioners and their stupidity...😂 You should cut off your nose too, that way you won't ever get boogers and can smell even better...🤣😂

Full circumcision, in early childhood as mentioned by Doctor, is always better, it mostly makes a person safe from infection, enjoy fulfilling pleasure life with his better half partner, otherwise one has to keep very good hygiene and cleanliness of his personal parts to keep him safe from recurring infections...

Yea, that sounds good and all, and you're entitled to your opinion, but I don't agree. Circumcision is controversial, especially when it's not done right. So tight circumcision is good in your opinion??? I was tightly cut, and I cannot stand it. You lose length, you have the chance of developing chordee, especially if an uneven amount of skin was removed and you deal with penile webbing. I'm not sure you're dealing with any of that stuff. In case you're not, maybe that's why you feel the way you do. I restored my foreskin, and I love it. I maintain it, clean it and now I feel complete. If we were never supposed to have a prepuce, why be born with one? Think about it. 👍🔥

Chapter number 2, Verse number 98 - Allah is the enemy of non-Muslims. Chapter no. 3, Verse no. 118 - Make only Muslims your intimate friend. Chapter no. 3, Verse number 28 and chapter no.9 Verse no.23 - Do not make friends with non-Muslims. Chapter no. 8, Verse no.39 - Fight non-Muslims until the faith of Allah is fully established. Chapter no. 22, Verse no. 30 - Idols are filth. .

Every one say it is simple operation but not simple too much pain after surgery.especially for 10yrs boy.Mother should have educated for phimosis by pediatric which unfortunately they not tell.Wish such thing should be openly discussed for boys also .
