Half Life 2: Gman's quest to know what the time is

I feel like this would be an amazing idea for a horror or anxiety inducing level. Imagine going through a level with enemies and/or puzzles but you have an unstoppable force or being chasing you and you have to avoid it throughout.

My head canon is Gman always does this but he forgot to make himself invisible to only Doctor Freeman and because Doctor Freeman can’t talk and point Gman out Gman never realises his mistake.
