If you guys dont wanna glue the ribbon to the first shirt, just use the preexisting holes to pull the ribbon through, like a shoe, and tie a bow

If anyone has trouble with e6000 glue taking forever to dry like I do, then I suggest using contact cement. It's crazy strong and works quickly
