Halford is so Heavy Metal even Plutonium calls him Sir and steps quietly out of his way
@kingofmetal19614 жыл бұрын
Sorry to burst your bubble Taumpy Tears, It was a nice try, but Plutonium is in the family of Actinide Metals, They, along with the lanthanides, are often called "the f-elements" because they have valence electrons in the f shell. Only thorium and uranium are naturally occurring actinides with significant abundance. They are all radioactive. (NONMETALS) A for effort!

Priest has been my fav band for 42 yrs now. When Rob made his return to Metal with Ressurection nobody was happier than me. His band Halford is legit badass! Looking back I believe Rob was at his peak. The songs were unique with laser sharp guitars and melodic and POWERFUL VOCALS. Long live the greatest voice in Metal history!

HELL YES! I discovered that fact in the summer of 1978. I bought "Sad wings of Destiny" and was reading my very first "H.P. Lovecraft" book: "the Dunwich Horror" - I spent that hot hazy mid-western summer in a daze of Cosmic dread and awe… I'd go for long walks across farmland, and forests, & scare myself thinking that a inter dimensional door way would open up before me and I'd be lost to another reality forever… it was a mind-expanding summer that left me changed forever. Thanks Rob Halford!

HALFORD RULES, GRAFFITI RULES \~/ GREW UP IN EARLY TO LATE 70'S, I MET MANY OF GRAFFITI'S ICONS, AND ALSO GOT TO TAG THE TRAINS IN 1980,1981,AND 1982 I HAD TO QUIT DUE TO TROUBLE.I SAW THE TAG MACHINE, AND I GREW UP ONE BLOCK FROM THE BRONX CITY LINE, SO THE BRONX WAS GROUND ZERO FOR THE EARLY GRAFFITI LEGENDS AND TOYS AND GUYS WHO MAY NOT BE HOUSEHOLD NAMES BUT GOT THEIR NAMES ON THE TRAINS WHICH TRAVELED TO BROOKLYN, QUEENS AND MANHATTAN. THE TRAINS WERE ROLLING CANVASES, THE INSIDES WERE ALSO A PLACE TO SHOW HAND STYLES. Musically, Rob Halford had a huge impact on me when I started listening to Priest in the early 80s. So did Bruce Dickinson, Ronnie James Dio and many more. Those 3 the Holy Grail for me in metal and overall great vocalists among many others in rock. Rob Halford lives and breaths heavy metal in his performance. It's genuine, he means it. One of the greats for sure. He's a singer's singer.
