Materials
1 egg
200 ml milk
50 g yoghurt
100 ml oil
10 g baking powder
480 g flour
8g salt
To grease the dough
100 g butter
100 ml oil
For internal mortar
feta cheese
curd cheese
For the above
1 egg yolk
black cumin
