This literally made me cry because this was him when he was 15, he didn't know that he would be famous or how much of an impact he's made on peoples lives. I was bullied, I thought of suicide, yet never had the guts to do it. Even though I've never met your friend, I wish I could go back in time and tell her it does get better. Because it DOES get better. I can't imaging losing a friend, or a best friend. It's so sad that people have to take their lives because of bullying. Stay strong!

This is one of my grandmother's favorite songs, it always brings her to tears, so I decided to show her this cover and she looked at me after it was finished and she told me "this was the best I've heard it in a long time" she insisted I play it again. I especially love the small things like how is voice cracks a bit when he sings really loud/high. He's incredible. Also, happy birthday Shawn!

This is the best cover of Hallelujah. My eyes start getting watery when he starts sing because the summer before 7th grade my great aunt died of cancer. She fought for 15 years. We played this song during her service. My great grandma was so upset when my great aunt died because she just lost another child. She already lost my grandma and great uncle.Then the first month this year my great grandma died. I heard of Shawn on the radio. I listen to all of his covers and he has some talent. You helped me through the tuff times thank you.

Hey Shawn um I just listened to this now and I'm actually crying because it was so perfect and I don't really know why but listening to this makes me soo emotional. I love you soo much Shawn and there is such a difference between you now and this. I watched you on the today show his morning and I could not believe that you have made it this far. You are such an inspiration to me and whenever I am going through a hard time or struggle I just put in my ear buds and listen to your music. Its amazing how you have come to this point in your life and you are only 16. Most 16 year olds are doing drugs and harming people and you are not like that you are the kind of person that I really look up to and aspire to be like when I'm 16. Ilysm Shawn and I can't even believe that you have so much talent. I know you prob won't see this but I want you to know that I honestly love you and what you do.
