My pool guy wanted $500 to put a seal kit in. I literally watched your video twice and did it myself in 30 minutes and about $25 worth of parts including the pool lube. Thank you!

I just had to replace my pool pump, the pool store wanted $900 to replace it. So I said no way in hell, so I bought the pump on Amazon watched this video and did it myself. The pump cost me $ 315.00. I saved almost $ 600. Thanks to you guys for the video. Keep doing pool project videos. You guys took great detail in explaining the process. Thanks.

Wow, You made a GREAT video, very clear. I take care of most Pool maintenance myself, and when my Inground Pool Hayward motor went crazy noisy, I checked around and just wanted to replace the motor, while local pool supply companies said just get the entire unit, Motor and housing for $550!. The Hayward 1HP Motor was gotten for about $159, and then your video was the BEST, very clear and WOW, really easy to follow. Thank You!

Thanks, I just followed this on my Hayward, same model. Swapped in and running in :20mts and I'm spaz... You can do this, save hundred$.

Soooo no 'wear ring' goes on that particular impeller. They seem mysterious - some models have 'em , some don't.

FYI THE CAPACITOR STILL HAS POWER AFTER YOUR DISCONNECT THE POWER. YOU WIL GET A SHOCK.

Thanks for the video! Question, I changed all the seals, and I still have a leak. Not a lot of water but the same amount leaking before I changed the seals. Can't tell where the water is coming from. Thinking I may have a crack somewhere? Any thoughts? thank you

I tend to do most everything on my pool now. Once you know the basics it really helps out and saves money. Very well done video, very clear narration and video quality. Thanks!

Excellent, well-produced instructional video. Thorough and accurate yet a relatively short video. We were able to confidently disassemble the pump and change out the gaskets in about an hour. Thank you!!
