Welcome to my latest Halloween ambience, if you like Rain and Thunderstorms, Graveyard ambience or Haunted House ambience you have come to the right place. If you love spooky, creepy, scary or plain old horror come along to my channel to check out more ASMR scary music and rain thunder storm sounds.
This is another classic Halloween Thunderstorm sounds that take place in front of an old movie theater in the 1970´s. Is the building abandoned or could a stalker be inside?

I remember seeing the original Halloween in my local theater when it came out. I was just about to turn 14, and my best friend and I were dropped off to enjoy the movie on our own, as was common back then. The theater was completely filled, and no one had any idea what to expect. This movie had a very different vibe from horror movies that had come before, and the jump scares were very effective! Everyone in the theater gasped and reacted at the same time and it was amazing. I wish I could see it again for the very first time.

I just discovered you today. Vintage 70s/early 80s in this video.. and WOW! You have a skill with unique settings and sound mixes that say so much without saying a word. That spooky and creepy aura of foreboding is refreshing in a dark, haunting way that will linger in my mind long after I turn it off. Well done.

this is my favorite ambience video on youtube and I watch a lot! almost all of my favorite things combined in one 3 hr long movie - it is perfect. and of course I would love to have more of the 70s/80s styled abandoned cinema, theatre, movie-theatre, off-broadway-like rainy city moods, maybe even from the inside of a movie theatre, a dressing room for scary peepshow or similar... the horror movie / slasher style is perfect, too. it makes my life better, thank you very much!!

Thank you for taking tht time to say so 😊 , the base image was just a flat daytime (sunny) photo. All the other stuff is just digital effects. With most of the videos I make now I just shoot for realism, YT seems a bit oversaturated with more fantastical scenes.

Hearing that thunder outside while Halloween is playing sounds like it'd make the movie better inadvertently. XD I still do remember that abandoned theater one you did last year as well, and I loved that one too. Will certainly be enjoying this one!

I know that theater you used it's in my hometown (Ashland WI) but this is a picture from the 80's the theatre has expanded since then

😮 Amazing, just checked out a load of pictures from it. Can´t believe it still exists and still looks quite similar, didn´t know the location before just edited a random photo found on the internet. The photo was take in the 70´s I believe.

My high school art teacher brought in a VHS of that video to show students, he was so impressed with Thriller. That video was so big in 1983. And I just dated myself, lol....

This is great !! The old picture theatres had so much character. This one reminds me of the one we went to in the 1970s, and I absolutely love horror movies !! I just subb’d today. I love your ambient vids. Im always trying to get good rain sounds to sleep…not onlynis your rain very real and not like bacon frying, but the scenes you do are freakin dope. I love all things weird and scary to sci fi to fantasy. I love the subtle things in your vids, the background music or sounds, the intros that are related to the theme of the vid, etc. cant wait to see what you cook up for halloween this year. Trick R Treat theme’d?? The best modern halloween movie ever made!!! Or paranormal activity, or just like good ole storms in a creepy forest trail….whatever it is, you will do well im sure. I really liked the 1930s chicago one you did too. Maybe you could do something lovecraftian themed. Anyways, enough rambling by me, just wanted to say WELL DONE!!!!

Great love these . I almost watch all your video's by now ( well leave them on in the background or use them as wallpaper ) Even when I draw with Corel ,my own strange fantasies . What program are you using ? Probably lots off work in to these projects . I really appreciate that . Can I make some suggestions : Creepy Farm barn ,Dungeon annex Torture Camber ,Misty swamp ......How about at the end off these the camera gets snatch by some monster or a creepy face gets in frame ! Thank you for your kind words Kenneth, spent a lot of time driving to and around the Netherlands in my youth. Amazing country. Sorry sometimes these comments just get lost as there is so many and I don´t always get alerted. Funny you mentioned Corel, it was the first program I ever used (end of the 90´s) and I wasn´t aware it even still existed. I use Gimp at the beginning of the process and after Davinci Resolve. These are the main two. To create the lightning I use the Creation Engine. I have started a barn one and all of the others sound like great ideas. At this point I have such a backlog of ones that I´ve started but not finished but these last few days I made a promise to myself only to create new videos that no one else has done before. Imagine sitting up in the ticket booth and the concession area of the theater hearing the sounds coming from within the theater its hard to tell if it's the sounds coming from the horror films or from the theater goers but who cares as long as everyone has a good time, great it's raining and storming tonight that makes even better and tonight its the original Halloween and it's sequels not those awful reboots we only show the classic horror films of the 70's and 80's well have a good night and if you are in there right now watching the movie well God be with you if you have never seen this movie before.

My sincere apologies, I just went and double checked and During video (mid-roll) ads are disabled. I always disable them on all of my videos as I´m fully aware that people use ambience videos for sleeping. All I can do is say i´m sorry and I´ll send YT a support message and explain this issue.
