Your choice of music is perfection..so ethereal. And as usual, your filming is top notch. I never get tired of watching you place ordinary things into beautiful vignettes that invite the onlooker to explore the unexpected items placed there. I agree. The couch has that feather bed esthetic that works so well with the furnishings while still being neutral for all seasons. Definitely worth the wait! Thank you for reminding us it need not be expensive we just need to use our imagination & create our own little havens.

I love it all. I love that large skull picture. I decorate my dining room table as if the ghosts and goblins have just finished a meal. Fake bones on the plates, puddles of blood, fake fruit, blood red wine goblets, candles, mice and spiders crawling around. I love it but everyone questions my sanity.

The floating candles! ❤ the Harry Potter vibes they give off! Dining tablescape was wonderful, the chargers and the silver plates ❤ I think amber glassware would look very nice with the autumnal color theme.

I really, really love this. It’s magical, a bit spooky but not gory or kid-ish. Most of that tablescape can be left for Thanksgiving as well.

Your attention to detail is incredible! The cobwebs and spiders on the French doors are small details but raise the whole look to another level. I think this year's version is one of my favorites! 😊 Has the moody yet whimsical feel to this time of year. But it doesn't lean too hard into those 'kitschy' themes in other YT channel decorating. And that table scape! 🙌 Could honestly be an inspiration for an October wedding

I really needed your video today! Do you every have that point where you are getting things done, on a roll, and, right when the house is trashed with all the totes, craft supplies, etc, ☠️🎃 ..you go to the hospital unexpectedly, to not get back home for 7 days!! Seven days, that I could have been adding crows, ghosts, and pumpkins. I am so behind! But, your gentle ways, and mild music, and glorious decorating, have restored me and given me hope!! I have always been obsessed with the patina of tarnished silver. Thankfully , I started collecting years ago when you could get them for a song at thrift shops and garage sales. I have charges, pitchers, candlesticks, coffee pots, tea kettles and cake plates. Love them still and never, ever polish them. I was wondering when did you begin to embrace this gothic, dark academia style. Of course, having a Victoria home is the perfect backdrop for it. I think its wonderful that your family is appreciative of it. I know Jamison's bedroom is a vision for creativity and imagination. He is showing artistic abilities already?

Excellent!! I also use old things (only old things!) I have a group of elderly church ladies annually for an elegant dinner. They love dressing up and dining. We collect things that get sent to The Malawi Project (last year, birthing kits…this year, raisins! )
