Ugh, this is tough. As someone who travels a distance to HHN on either coast, I can understand not taking a chance with the crowds. Personally, the express pass at HHN Hollywood was 550 for 2 people but it still got crazy and the sea of people (I know this is Orlando only at this point) in the streets made the event less enjoyable as the night went on. I think it’s great but also a symptom of society at large. If you have deep pockets, you get the best of everything (I save all year for this). Love the points you brought up Chris. The event will be in the early stages. The actors, food stands, houses will most likely not be running at peak performance. Choosing express later in the season might be a better opportunity to enjoy the houses. The “pulsing” is the other thing I’d enjoy but again you’re right here. If my daughter and I go (it’s our annual trip) will we get paired with another party (god forbid they’re the annoying type, I’m sure you know what I mean)? Just too many questions to validate the near 800 for two people.

Let’s just look at raw math: My normal HHN ticket - $87.99 Express - $169.99 (these were purchased on 4/4/24) Those alone equal $257.98. So if you add in the “unlimited food and drink” plus some kind of souvenir (who knows how crappy it is) and the lanyard etc, free parking I think you’re at a similar value or better considering what we pay for food and drinks. If you take this with the element of “few” people in the park maybe this actually is a good deal? Just putting some numbers to it for people to see, what do you say Chris???

RIP Tour starts at $449 + tax per person in October. We went on one and it was not stop. We didn't have time to see the Lagoon show when it was running. The food was a small buffet of Mexican food at Café Labamba, not a gourmet dinner. The tour guide was great and gave great back stories to the houses before you went in (if you were close enough to hear him). We had to stop at a few spots to allow other RIP tours to go through the houses, they called it cocktail breaks, but it was 20 - 30 minutes sitting in bars. Alcohol drinks were not free. Plus side was, guaranteed to see all 10 houses at the very front of the line (Passing even Express Passers). We had to walk very fast through the scare zones....I hope this Premium night gives us more freedom and is similar to the Orlando Informer Meet Ups which are definitely worth the money!

I think the high price point definitely indicates that this event is meant for content creators, not so much the average crowd. To me, this just seems like a better way for youtubers to get better coverage of the event. So, despite the fact that I'll probably never go to this, I'm fine with it existing

I typically do the RIP Tour (I'm handicapped and usually only get to go for a night or two, so I try to make it count), and this feels like the RIP Tour, MINUS the tour. Seriously. My RIP ticket this year was right at $400, and I'd much rather do that 100x over versus whatever this is trying to be.

I paid that last year for entry and express so I'm intrigued.

IF.....AND THATS A BIG IF.....they really do limit the event and the lines are much shorter. I feel the price is worth it. Think about what you pay for a single ticket, plus an add on like the scream early ticket. Now add up all the money you also spend on food,snacks,drinks for the night. I feel 350 is fair for your ticket,food,drinks,and low wait times!!!! Especially if you live local and wont need a hotel for the night. Im only around 2 hours away so i technically wouldnt need a hotel i could come home after. Its just one of those weigh out your pros and cons situations. 😊

Fun fact: In 2019 HHN Hollywood had a night kind of similar it was called “Fan Preview Night” it was on September 12 and the following night was opening night for the Hollywood event.

Being local and travel professional, I'd prefer to put my HHN $$ toward my FF pass and Unmasking tours. But I like the concept of this event and the fact that they are testing different things. Universal listens, but they cannot be expected to please everyone, unfortunately. I also think we can offer feedback without going totally negative like some others. That helps no one.😉

If crowds are your biggest issue with the event, you definitely want to get this ticket. I doubt it will ever be this cheap again. It's basically the RIP experience with less crowds, pulsed entry into the houses, and some free food at a fraction of the price. RIP you have to buy the experience PLUS the ticket entry price. Everything is included in this one. Just sayin'.

Never would I ever spend that on 1 night. Are they NUTS? Noone is going to judge you by not going. That's a FF pass.

Depending on how limited this actually is, I think it could be worth it. We’ve got to a point where express passes don’t help much. Plus I’m not local so I gotta get the best bang for my buck with the 1 to 2 days I get to attend the event. Then again, I thought the RIP was gonna be awesome but being grouped with other people is also a gamble. Sure I skipped the line but my group made the night not so fun 😩

Really don’t think it’s worth it but interested to see if it sells out.

If you don't buy it, somebody else will. It's a tough decision.

The higher the price the more brand damage. I'd focus on the Entertainment at HHN if I was Universal

It’s tough spending that kind of money without knowing for sure how many tickets they are selling for this experience. If it is truly a low number it might be worth the price since it includes food as well. I would love to see your content if you got to go and make an honest review since they are obviously testing this out. You had mentioned earlier on in a video that they should offer something like this but I’m sure you didn’t mean for this price 😂

I think people complain about Disney, just for this kind of stuff and here it is same stufff creeping in. I wound pay it, because im local and I rather go multiple nights for a few hours than one night with express or this special ticket event. I also wound watch any vloger videos of that event, specially when im going the next day. I also see them doing this more nights in the coming years if is a hit with them...

Nope, absolutely not. It's a cool idea, but I can't let the FOMO get to me. That's nearly a weeks pay for a lot of people. It's expensive as heck, but I can see $200-250 max for these night events, but anything more is just ridiculous.
