Tommy and Charlie are recovering from the events of (Halloween VI: The Shape of Evil). When Halloween falls the following year Tommy is waiting for the moment for The Shape to arrive and ruin another Halloween for him. Until moments later Tommy is trapped in a cave with the Shape and the copycat. Sitting in the corner waiting for the right moment to leave the Cave.
