Hallux valgus ya fir Bunion ek aisi condition hai jisme per ke anghuthe ke pas ek gaanth ban jati hai, jisme stiffness, pain or swelling ki wajah se chalne me dikkat bhi mehsus hoti hai. I, Dr. Pratibha Singh, a Neuro-Physiotherapist, have been practicing for 7 years.
I have done my Physiotherapy graduation from Jamia Millia University in 2011 & further I did Masters of Physiotherapy in neurology from Indian Spinal Injury Centre in 2014(one of the most advanced spine, orthopaedic & neuromuscular surgical centre in India).
I have quality experience in providing rehabilitation services in multiple fields of physiotherapy, especially in neurological & musculoskeletal conditions.

I'm service in CRPF, duty purpose im wear in shoes 12 to 14 hrs daily. So im also suffer in bunnion toe fingers pain, when i started this excercises i feel good now, This is Very usefull & needful video, Thanks for sharing ❤

Using the exercises shown in the video and also using the toe separator as shown. It is helping a lot. I had inflammation and pain on toe joint, Now a lot of relief from it. Thanks.

Do you wear the toe separator whole day?

Yes as it’s a silicone one you can easily wear it in the shoes. I also took medicine for inflammation. You need to be consistent.

If the same thing happens with hand fingers then what to do pls tell some exercise to correct my both hands fingers get bend to each other little bit, I have no problem while working or in my daily routine but I want to correct this disorder

It's my serious problem and the most painful is that along with toe two finger feel just senseless some time sverepain in my fingers not in toe but toe bends suddenly towards fingers and from toe my foot starts to mend more with whole pressure

No need to buy. U can easily make it from big size balloon. Just cut the neck part and use it. Just make sure the balloon is of good strength.
