Laserbeak316 Super late reply, it was a German Armored Car built during WWII. It features wheels in the front and back that would turn in sync to get s tighter turn radius (in the same way the warthog does).

I actually looked up the Halo puma, and guess what, it was an ugly humvee.

It’s awesome that they added that, I got a massive smile once I heard it the first time. However I do think they should have given it a supercharger instead to get that sweet whine as, it is a “V8” or at least sounds like one and preferably that would’ve probably made it sound all the more “Muscle Car”/“Truck” like.

Handles like shit in the majority of the games for no reason, however the looks and sounds have been improved upon which each game. You must not like cars at all if you don’t find that the Halo 4 and 5 Warthog Engine sounds are rather good. The Blow off valve in 5 is cool and all but it should have gotten a super charger instead if anything. Yes they shouldn’t even sound like that to begin with being Hydrogen and all but whatever man, Lots of things in halo don’t make sense, like the Assault Rifle being chambered in the beastly 7.62mmx51 NATO caliber and still takes an absurd amount of rounds to eliminate something.

Sounds like your typical American Muscle Car V8. How could you not like that sound? Old Hogs sounded like R/C cars. 4 and 5 did much better jobs, the Halo 5 turbo sounds though I didn’t like. It should have had a Supercharger whine instead if anything

Another fun fact is that in halo 5 you can press the jump button to switch seats without having to get out of the vehicle.

@@FirestormFPS hmmm only thing I can think of is grenade them, slowly put them on a small cliff and let it topple over or punching it. Or perhaps push it with another vehicle like the tank or flip it with a banshee. Maybe some more ideas for comparison try making a big jump over a hill with the Warthog since the physics for all the games seem to be slightly different especially 343 halo games. And one more thing is the gauges and accelerometers on the interior of the Warthogs. In halo 2 for example the gauges actually function if I remember correctly. But the anniversary graphics they are all just static textures. Same for 343 halo games, i checked on youtube for some 1st person warthog videos to see the difference in detail. Not sure how you would capture this theater mode? Or 2 player splitscreen where one zooms in on the dashboard while the other drives. Standing on the warthog perhaps if the passenger seat doesn't allow. This. Just some suggestions. Not sure what else there is to compare. Maybe just walk a circle around each warthog an just look at the details of the tires and some textures? The gun? Interior design of the warthog? *peddles? I dont know maybe it has 6 peddles :) Because I saw this video named, halo 4 looks better than halo 5 gaurdians. Where he zoomed in on some stuff allot. For some inspiration Edit, perhaps with the same small weapon loke the plasma gun or Magnum so its easier to check the warthog up close. Check how high or low the turret or passenger cam aim since you can also gun down banshees can it look 90 degrees up or down. What are the dead angles. The passenger can't look straight back for example if i remember correctly. Or blow the warthog up with. Rocket launcher to also show how i reacts, looks after 4 shots from same side of course. Maybe shoot a rocket from the side trough the driver amd passenger seat without hitting it for fun. Just lowballing some weird ideas. Btw love the music you used for the video.
